Using Motxilla
Motxilla is a free app for parents and guardians to follow their children's school life. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
An independent app
Motxilla is independent. It is not made, endorsed or supported by any school or school platform. Names of third-party services belong to their owners and appear only to say what the app works with.
Your school account
- You sign in with your own school credentials. Use only an account you are entitled to use.
- Follow your school's and platform's own rules. They apply to your account and to what you do with it.
- Keep your phone secure. Your session lives on it, and we hold no copy, so we can't recover or reset anything for you.
Acceptable use
- Use Motxilla for your own family's school life.
- Don't use it to overload, scrape or circumvent the platforms it connects to, or to access anyone else's data.
- Don't share other people's messages or photos, especially of children, beyond what you are entitled to.
Availability and changes
The app depends on third-party platforms that can change or limit access at any time, so sections may stop working or be unavailable. We may also change, update or discontinue the app. Updates can reach your phone without a new download from the store.
No warranty
Motxilla is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the app, including missed or delayed messages and notifications. Don't rely on the app alone for urgent school communications; use the school's official channels as well.

How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date on this page. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For anything about them, write to hola@motxilla.app.
